Nature therapy does not have to be a weekend trip. It can be five minutes of sky, wind, and trees.
Today I am returning to the earth on purpose.

We often look for spiritual signs in nature—in the quiet of the woods or the vastness of the ocean. But living in the city, I’ve learned that the Universe speaks through spray paint, too.

Walking through Brooklyn, I keep stumbling upon messages exactly when I need them. A sticker on a lamppost that says “Breathe.” A mural reminding me to “Love Yourself.”
It’s a reminder that magic isn’t separate from the grit of daily life. It’s painted right on top of it.
